Cancelations
All cancelations must be made 24H prior departure time. If not and you have already paid by credit card, no refund is available.
In the unlikely event of cancelation from our side, full refund will be provided.

In case of a bad weather, which would not allow the proper and safe experience, we reserve a right to reschedule to the soonest available option.
Since the weather in Bora Bora can change rapidly, the final call to reschedule or cancel the experience must be made at least 1 hour before the departure.
If we are not able to find together a possible and alternative suitable option, you can expect a full refund.
