We will pick you up directly at the concierge desk in your resort and at the end of the activity bring you back.
If you are staying on the main island, we will pick you up at the place of stay, if possible. Otherwise we will coordinate the closest possible pick up point together.
Sunscreen, hats and phone or camera. Everything else we will take care of.
You can book the activity by the contact form on our website, by email or by phone on whats app. Let us know your desired date and time and we will get back to you shortly and coordinate the details.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the activity departure.
In case of a bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and reschedule to the closest possible available option.
In case we are not able to find together the suitable alternate date, you can expect the full refund.
Our boat has multiple dry storage places, where you can safely store your bellongings and easily access them if needed.
Even if you cannot swim, or you are not very confident swimmer, you can do the activity anyway, but it is important to properly inform us about it in advance.
Of course! While you will be doing the activity and enjoying the thrill and adrenaline, your accompaniment can relax aboard our boat and enjoy the day as well, with a cold drink while soaking the sun or taking a swim.

Not really. Of course it makes it easier to have a prior board sports experience (longboard, wakeboard, snowboard, ...) but it is not necessary. Even riders without any prior board sports experience usually pick it up within 30 minutes and manage to stand up and ride.
You control the board with a control handle attached to the board and the speed with a trigger. To turn the board you use your body like on a classic surf.
The answer is yes! You are connected to the surf with a switch off bracelet which automaticly turn off the engine if you fall from the surf. You will be equipped with a life jacket and the instructor is always around you to help and ensure your maximum comfort and safety.

The board is built to run on the water, not to idle on the water. The board can easily hold your body weight while the board is moving however you should not chill on the board while the board is idle.
The fuel-powered boards weigh less than 18 kg / 40lbs.
The top speed of our JetSurf boards ranges from 50 kmh to 64kmh (30mph to 40mph) depending on the model.

No, you don't need any.
You control the Seabob with a control grips and buttons to switch between the power levels and with a trigger to control the speed. The Seabob allows you to move freely both on and under the water surface, with an adjustable depth limit to ensure you do not dive deeper then your breath allows you.
The depth limits can be set anywhere between 1m up to 40m. When you reach the set depth limit, the Seabob will automaticaly switch off and take you back to the surface.
The Seabob is floatable and will not fully sink under the surface unless you want it to.
The answer is yes! The technology is very intuitive and safe and you will be equiped with a life jacket and always around your instructor to ensure your maximum comfort and safety.
Yes. If the cannot or are afraid to handle it by themselves, they can hold on to you or instructor and drag the along.
There is no weight limit.
